What is Change Management Global Connect?

It is ACMP’s virtual event for seasoned practitioners to those new to the profession serving to strengthen attendees’ industry insight in the ever-evolving change management environment.
This virtual event will provide the latest professional tools and techniques to help support practitioners and the organizations and clients they support.

Who should attend?

You are a change management practitioner or professional interested in change management. You are seeking to learn the latest trends, explore innovative tools, and share best practices related to change management.

You are looking for opportunities to network with fellow practitioners from leading change management organizations around the globe.

You are a university representative that is looking to partner or have ideas to share with us!

You are looking for education on the latest approaches to enabling change management strategies to help support practitioners and the organizations and clients they serve.

Do you have any information I can use to explain the benefits of this conference to my organization?

Yes, we have put together a helpful Justification Letter that lists the unique conference benefits, as well as individual and organizational specific benefits of attending Change Management Global Connect 2024.

What are the dates of the event?

The live conference will be held starting Tuesday, June 11 through Thursday, June 13. You can access all conference material, including pre-recorded, on-demand sessions, networking opportunities, and exhibitor booths by logging into the virtual attendee hub. Various session time offerings, including early morning and late evening sessions, are available to accommodate most time zones. All registered attendees will have access to all on-demand content in the virtual Attendee Hub until Friday, June 28.

Pre-conference workshops, available for an additional fee, will take place on Monday, June 10.

How does a virtual event work?

Our virtual conference will offer many of the same components you have come to love at our face-to-face conference! You will have access to innovative best practices and latest change management trends through live and pre-recorded, on-demand sessions, discussion groups, networking opportunities, and exhibit booths.

You will be able to continue to interact with your colleagues and walk away feeling connected to and supported by your change community.

After June 1, 2024, the Attendee Hub will open. Click the "Virtual Attendee Hub" button at the top of the home page and follow the login instructions to access the virtual platform and attend sessions.

Are there any discounts available for the conference?

All ACMP members receive significant member discounts on Change Management Global Connect. To save $200 or more on registration, Join ACMP today.

ACMP membership starts at just $199 with special rates for applicants in emerging market countries and students.

What is my membership type?

To check your membership type, log in to your ACMP member profile, click "Profile Home" located in the blue box in the top-right, in the top-center of the profile you will find the membership type located under your name and to the left of the chapter you are affiliated with (click the "Bio" tab if you do not immediately see it).

What is included with the conference registration?

All live and pre-recorded, on-demand sessions are automatically included with registration. There may be sessions that have limited capacities and would require pre-registration, including pre-and post-conference workshop sessions. All registered attendees will have access to all on-demand content in the virtual Attendee Hub until Friday, June 28, 2024.

How do I modify my registration?

To modify your registration, visit the Edit My Registration link in your confirmation email. For a new link, contact conference@acmpglobal.org.

What does the Video Bundle extended access include?

By purchasing the $149 video bundle, conference attendees will receive access to all live session recordings (not including the keynote session) and pre-recorded sessions until June 30, 2025. The video bundle information will be emailed to those who purchase on Friday, June 28, 2024.

**Please note, the bundle will not include the pre-and post-conference workshops or the keynote session.**

How do I add the Video Bundle extended access if I've already registered?

You can add the Video Bundle add on by modifying your registration.

Can I download, share, and/or access the Video Bundle on multiple devices?

You are free to watch the videos as many times as you would like, from any device however, sharing the link or downloading videos is strictly prohibited.

Can I earn CCMP™ PDU credits for attending?

Yes, live, pre-recorded, and on-demand session attendance as well as presentations viewed post-conference through the Video Bundle can be counted toward the ongoing maintenance of the CCMP designation. Please note, post-session discussions and the Happy Hour do not count toward PDUs.

With 30+ education hours available, attending Change Management Global Connect sessions offers the ability to earn all the education PDUs you need to renew your CCMP. Please refer to the Candidate Handbook for complete details.

Will I still be able to earn credits towards non-ACMP certifications for attending?

Please follow the rules for submitting relevant PDU’s for the organization of your choice. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance for sessions after completing the event survey. The certificate can be submitted as part of your proof of attendance, provided the educational content is accepted by the crediting organization.

Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the internet. Virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom.

Do I need to register?

Yes. You will need to register for the event to be able to access presentations and conference materials, as well as access exhibitor booths and networking events.

When is the last day to register?

You can register until Monday, June 10, 2024 at 5PM EST.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing to ACMP. Please send written notice of cancellation by email to conference@acmpglobal.org. Event fees are transferable to another participant from the same organization ONE TIME only, for Global Connect only.

The cancellation fee structure is as follows unless otherwise stated on specific registration item (i.e. non-refundable items):
January 29 - March 22: $100 cancellation fee; $50 transfer Fee
March 23 - May 10: $125 Cancellation Fee; $75 transfer fee
May 11 - June 11: Non-refundable cancellation; $100 transfer fee

How can I pay?

We accept credit card, check, and wire transfer/ACH payments. Payment by credit card is strongly preferred, and you can pay with your credit card during the online registration process.

Do I receive a printed invoice?

How can I print a copy of the Code of Conduct?

The Code of Conduct is part of ACMP’s Standard for Change Management© which is downloadable from ACMP's website.

What is your privacy Policy?

The ACMP Virtual Event Privacy Notice is available online.

How can I provide feedback on the conference?

After the conference, we will invite you to a post-event survey via email. We are very interested in your feedback and will use it to make future virtual events even better.
