ACMP’s 2024 Independent
Research Award-Winner,
Desireé Charnette Deftereos

 

The Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®) is pleased to announce that Desireé Charnette Deftereos has won the 2024 Independent Research Award for her paper, “An Investigation into the Influence of Leadership During Technological Changes at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) Data, South Africa.” Ms. Deftereos will be the recipient of a cash prize as well as the ability to present her paper during the premier global virtual change management virtual conference, Change Management Global Connect 2024, to be held June 11-13, 2024.
