Session Description : Begin with Trust. Before your next change project, ask yourself: do you trust the change team? We will define trust, explore why it is vital to establish trust before a change project, learn how to build it and what to do if it is breached.

Define trust and its three subcomponents: Competency/Capability Trust, Contractual/Character Trust, Communication Trust.
Understand how trust is an enabler/economic driver for organizations and a vital element for change.
Build trust into their leadership skills and for their organization’s change culture; and know what to do if there is a breakdown or breach of trust.
