Take a break from the day’s change management education with a mindfulness session full of laughs. Beginning with a brief introduction of the mental health benefits of laughter yoga, a certified laughter yoga teacher will guide participants through an uplifting laughter session, including:
- Deep breathing and warm-up exercises - Interactive laughter activities - End of session Q&A and wind-down
These playful exercises will get you out of your comfort zone and laughing out loud with your colleagues.
