In this engaging session, participants will explore the role of emotional intelligence in leadership, particularly within the context of organizational change. We will explore the core components of EI-self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills-and how they can be leveraged to lead a team more effectively through transitions. Through a combination of theoretical insights and practical exercises, attendees will learn strategies for understanding and managing their own emotions, as well as those of their team members. Participants will discover how to use empathy to connect with employees, build trust, and create a supportive environment that encourages adaptation and growth.
