Dr Elissa Farrow is a futurist, author, facilitator, coach, and strategist. She has over 25 year’s experience in research, organisational innovation, design, adaptation, and benefits realisation. and has extensive experience in strategic organisational adaptation design and delivery. Dr Farrow has supported organisations to define positive futures and then successfully transform to bring lasting benefits. She has successfully transferred her skills to different contexts and industries including transport, education, resources, finance, government, construction, technology, legal and community services.
Dr Farrow is known for her compassionate leadership and engagement approach stemming from background as a Social Scientist. She is an experienced board director and has held global leadership positions with the Change Management Institute as well as past chair of DVConnect a service preventing Domestic and Family Violence in Queensland. Dr Farrow is a published author and is considered a thought leader in her field. Dr Farrow believes all organisations can be a force for good.
Elissa has won a national award for Contribution to Women in Project Management through the Project Management Institute, Australia and for her research with the Association of Professional Futurists and Change Management Institute. Her published doctoral research explored the implications of Artificial Intelligence on organisational futures. For fun Elissa does improvisation with Big Fork Theatre and is a volunteer surf life saver on Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island).
