Dr. Danyelle Jinks is a global business transformation leader with over 18 years of experience in change leadership. Known as "the puzzle master" for her knack in navigating complex challenges to deliver business results. She collaborates with leaders to build and maintain high-performing teams by utilizing assessments, workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
One of Dr. Danyelle's goals for the year 2030 is to assist at least thirty thousand professionals who are experiencing burnout and are promoting transformative change in overcoming compassion fatigue and burnout. She will achieve this goal by helping people become more aware of the issue and providing clear techniques to recharge. She has a wide range of qualifications, including Prosci Change Management, certified energy coaching, Everything Workplace DiSC partnership and training, and organizational design. These are only a few of the certificates that she holds.
Outside of work, Dr. Danyelle values the time she spends with her family and takes pleasure in her daughter and son's professional endeavors. She is an avid traveler worldwide. Phoebe Snow, her goldendoodle, is another companion that holds a special place in her heart.
