As the Director of Change Management at Nestlé, Evan leads a team responsible for the most complex, highest priority, and most challenging enterprise business transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Nestlé, Evan launched a change management practice at a boutique consulting firm specializing in AI, led digital transformations at Salesforce, and was a key figure leading BDO Public Sector Consulting.
Evan is 1 of 2,000 people who is a Level 2 Prosci change management instructor, lectures globally on change and social impact, and is the author of Case In Point: Government and Nonprofit and Case In Point: Crafting Your Consulting Career.
Evan earned his MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, his Master’s in Education from Pace University, and his Bachelor’s from Connecticut College where he also serves as an Emeritus Trustee. He has served in leadership roles on 5 boards and served in Teach For America, having taught for 4 years in the South Bronx. Evan lives in Brookland, Washington, D.C with his wife and daughter.
