Lucy Braun, Learning Portfolio Manager at the United Nations Lab for Organizational Change and Knowledge (UNLOCK) at the UN System Staff College, is an accomplished change management strategist and strategic communications advisor with 20+ years of public and private sector experience. She has had the great joy and privilege of putting her expertise and dedication at the service of six United Nations agencies and other international organizations on four continents, including in leadership roles for complex multi-stakeholder projects and large-scale change initiatives. Lucy is passionate about creating lasting change at the intersection of people, organizational culture and technology – and about co-creating meaningful and authentic journeys of change and transformation for and with mission-driven organizations. She holds a Masters in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts and a Masters in Humanitarian Assistance as well as CCMP and Prosci change management certifications. She is also a trained Co-active Coach and certified facilitator of the Lego Serious Play method who is always on the look-out for new ways to empower people and give them a voice in change. Lucy feels most alive with a pair of sturdy hiking boots on her feet and some mountains to climb.
