Dr. BehNaz Gholami is a change strategist, social scientist, researcher, and change experience designer. She has international experience developing and implementing organizational change management strategies and other business services based on human-centred design, design, and systems thinking. For "Decoding the change complexity," Behnaz uses multidisciplinary pragmatic methods and scientific approaches such as design thinking, neuroscience, psychology, gamification, mindfulness, and behavioural economics. She believes that developing a human-centred change management capability will help organizations navigate today's complex transformational changes. In addition to coaching change management professionals, she educates graduate students on innovation strategy and change management through design and systems thinking.
