Ms. Claudelle Rochon-Matifat chairs the Board of Directors of the ACMP Quebec chapter, and is a strategic advisor to management teams and business professionals undergoing organizational transformation. She is a committed and passionate collaborator with over 15 years' experience in change leadership, project management, continuous improvement, customer experience and employee experience. In addition to her bachelor's degree in business administration specializing in project management, she completed a graduate program in organizational development in 2020. She holds numerous certifications, including Prosci, SAFe Agilist 6.0, Management 3.0, Design thinking practionner, Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Claudelle is responsible for the artificial intelligence growth vector in the Agility and Change business line of Levio organizations and ensures the outreach of the integration of the ART agile change management approach in AI initiatives. Since 2022, she has initiated a collaboration with Levio's AI business practice to lead a series of internal/external conferences and workshops to raise awareness of the human impacts of AI in our organizations. She also completed an executive course on "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for business strategy" at the MIT Management Sloan school in 2023.
As a partner, she accompanies Levio's clients through their transformation by guiding them through innovative organizational transformation practices, with change management integrated upstream with organizational design and strategic planning of project portfolios. This seamless integration is the key to success in achieving organizational commitment, while generating the expected benefits.
