Rich has been successfully delivering change for over 30 years. He has consulted, coached, and educated with organizations and individuals across all parts of the globe and regularly lends his voice to many educational events, conferences and experiences each year. He is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and for six years was founding president of the Toronto Chapter. He is also creator and curator of the highly successful Toronto Change Days conference and a strong supporter of change management communities worldwide.
Rich has a Master’s in change management and is certified in Project Management, Process improvement, Facilitation, HR, Coaching, Counseling and Psychotherapy. He is also a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator & Workshop Designer, certified in facilitating organizations through VUCA and an accredited emotional culture deck “elephant rider!” Rich is a lifelong learner and facilitator of learning. He is currently a part-time professor and board advisor at several higher education institutions. He enjoys the opportunity to disrupt traditional thinking, bring humor to the learning space, and enable curiosity to take control of the change space for everyone to realize their potential.
