Gabriela Prado, Founder of The Change Lab, specializes in change management and transformational initiatives for businesses, government, and non-profit organizations. With a background in organizational psychology and international certifications as an Innovation Managing Facilitator from The Centre for Change, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Management at Brighton University, along with an M.Sc in Human Behavior from the University of Southern California, her expertise spans clients across Latin America. She focuses on integrating disciplines like change management, creative problem-solving, innovation, and agile methodologies to navigate organizations through successful transformations in today's rapidly evolving business landscape. Gabriela is also proud to serve as the President of the Emergent ACMP Chilean Chapter and as a Member of the G100, a distinguished group of 100 women leaders.
